Integrated Corridor Management Enforcement Strategies

THE SOUTHERN SECTION OF ITS CALIFORNIA IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE NEXT IN ITS SERIES OF LUNCHEON MEETINGS ON TOPICS OF INTEREST TO THE INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM COMMUNITY

Enforcement is a key success factor of any tolling, parking and red light violation program.  These programs aim to reduce traffic congestion and resulting air pollution, provide for smooth flow of traffic, and safety for travelling public as well as those impacted by them.  The enforcement agencies have made huge strides in past few years in using new technologies to improve their operations to make them more efficient and effective.

In this workshop, we will have presentations from agencies in Southern California managing different violation programs.  Each presenter will provide highlights of their programs, effects of technologies used in their operations, any issues encountered and future plans for expansion.
